Seg\u00fan las especificaciones del modelo 3D de la pieza, se utiliza dise\u00f1o asistido por ordenador y se siguen varias directrices de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n para dise\u00f1ar el molde de la pieza que se va a fabricar. A continuaci\u00f3n, se fabrica en dos partes, normalmente mediante mecanizado CNC. El molde est\u00e1 hecho de metal (principalmente acero o aluminio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso 2- Inyecci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Las mitades separadas del molde se colocan en la unidad de cierre de la m\u00e1quina de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n y se mantienen firmemente unidas a trav\u00e9s de esta unidad de cierre. Se introducen las materias primas en un barril en forma de part\u00edculas o peque\u00f1as bolas, y se calientan en el barril a alta temperatura y presi\u00f3n hasta que se funden. El material que se encuentra en estado fundido se inyecta inmediatamente en la cavidad del molde, llenando todo el espacio del mismo. Despu\u00e9s se enfr\u00eda y se solidifica para darle la forma del molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 3- Desmoldeo y acabado<\/strong><br>Una vez que el material se ha enfriado y curado completamente, se abre el molde mediante un dispositivo de sujeci\u00f3n y se expulsan las piezas acabadas curadas. Realice algunas operaciones de postprocesado en los componentes terminados.
